Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I build and set up everything. You'll use a simple app on your phone to see leads, reply to messages and check your calendar, and I'll show you how.
What software does this run on?
Everything runs on GoHighLevel, an all-in-one platform for websites, booking, texting, email and automations. It's included in your monthly plan, so you don't need a separate account or bill.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. If your site works, I can connect booking, forms and follow-up to it. If it's slow, outdated or doesn't turn visitors into bookings, I'll build you a new one.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the package and how quickly I get your info, logo and photos. Starter systems usually go live fastest, and I'll give you a timeline on our call.
Will the messages sound like a robot?
No. I write every text and email in your voice, using how you already talk to your customers. You approve everything before it goes out.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, a few photos, your services and prices, your business hours, and about an hour of your time across the build. You log into your own accounts yourself, so you keep control of your passwords.
